Reservation and Cancellation Policies

Meadows Inn is a unique property where every Guest reservation is important and special to us. In the unlikely event you must cancel your stay, please call us 10 days prior to your stay to cancel your reservation.

If you cancel your reservation with less than 10 days’ notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand you must take responsibility for the entire reservation. If we are able to re-book the room(s), a full or partial refund may be made less applicable processing fees.

Check-in 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. or by prior arrangements

Checkout 11:00 a.m.

Smoke-Free and Pet-Free Environment. Please keep in mind, The Meadows Inn does not have an elevator. All second- and third-floor rooms are accessible by stairs only.

Special discounts for AAA, Corporate, Realtors and Military.
Only one discount may be used for your stay and should be noted when reserving.
Some restrictions may apply to event weekends and room choice is subject to room availability.
