1 – 6 oz. can frozen pink or reg. lemonade with red food coloring
1 – 6 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed & diluted with
1 – 6 oz. can of water
1 – #2 can crushed pineapple & juice (20 oz.)
¾ cup sugar
1 – 12 oz. bottle 7 up
5 diced bananas
Mix all ingredients in bowl & freeze until mushy. (Can omit this) Spoon into muffin tins and/or paper lined. After freezing they can be removed from muffin tins & stored in freezer bags. Serve frozen. I cube the frozen muffins & serve in individual dishes or serve over a Leaf of lettuce for a brunch. Makes 24 – 36. Served at Meadows Inn.
